I have been a recruiter in the Biotech/Biopharm industry since 1989. I consider myself a generalist within the Development Arena, specializing in Regulatory and Quality, Project Management and Product & /Process scale-up and transfer.

Prior to becoming a recruiter I spent 14 years in the Healthcare Industry and was Director of Admissions at a Regional Medical Trauma Center in Southern California. I have a BA degree in Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine and numerous hours of training in management and human relations, not to mention the life experience gained from being married to a good man for 30+ years and raising two kids to adulthood.

I love people and I want to be of service. I believe recruiting is the forum from which God calls me to do this.
