Management Survey

About once every quarter we develop a survey which is intended to elicit opinions and trends in management, business professionals and industry, in general. Results of past surveys will be published and archived here.

Our first management survey is divided into three sections. Each survey question is self explanatory. It is not necessary that you give your name, though we will need your e-mail address if you wish to receive the results of this survey along with our analysis of the data. This survey will be concluded on January 31, 1997, and results will be compiled, analyzed and published on February 18, 1997 with results published here as well as being e-mailed to those who supply an e-mail address.

In Part One we identify current trends in management utilization of thier professional human resources, and methods used in the candidate identification and screening processes. Where actual figures are not known, your best estimate is requested.

Part Two deals with specific criteria for selecting independent search firms such as ours, and evaluating their performance.

Part Three captures some basic information about our survey responders. This information is extremely important in forming a frame of reference to analyze our survey data. Once again, providing your name is not necessary.
